QBZ95
The QBZ-95 is an assault rifle type weapon exclusive to Sanhok, replacing the SCAR-L on that map in BATTLEGROUNDS.
This weapon was introduced in the Test Server PC 1.0 update #15.

Update history
- Increased damage (41 → 42)

Update #49 (Season 10 - Update 10.2)
- Adjusted the reload animations of M416, Scar-L, QBZ, G36C to better match the reload speeds.
- The reload animations adjustments are a follow-up to the Balance tweaks to the 556 guns in the 9.2 November update.
Update #47 (Season 9 - Update 9.2)
We are constantly listening to your feedback and discussing community sentiment internally. After careful review, we agree with many of you that the Beryl adjustment with 9.1 update wasn't effective enough at reducing the strength of the Beryl in relation to other ARs and have made the following follow up adjustments this patch:
- To reduce the difference in reload speed of Beryl with M416, SCAR-L, QBZ, G36C following adjustments were made.
- Magazine reload times of M416, SCAR-L, QBZ, G36C has been decreased by 10%.
Update #31 (Season 4 - Update 4.1)
- Adjusted the position of the QBZ to feel more natural and less obstructive when seen from FPP.
Pre-release
- Sanhok exclusive.
- The QBZ is an AR that uses 5.56mm rounds. It can hold 30 rounds per magazine, and can be extended to 40 rounds.
- The QBZ replaces the SCAR-L in Sanhok’s item spawn pool (meaning the SCAR-L no longer spawns on Sanhok). The QBZ95 spawns about 1.4x as often as the SCAR-L used to spawn on Sanhok.

Trivia
- The QBZ-95 featured in the game is based on the QBZ-95-1. While the fact that it is chambered for 5.56mm ammo would imply that it is the QBZ-97, its usage of non-NATO magazines and the fire selector switch directly above the pistol grip indicates that it is indeed modeled after the QBZ-95-1.
